I think our flat rate repair service is simply the best value you can get when you need a repair on your 2135TI.  The flat-rate price of $179 includes  freight both ways, parts and most importantly our expert repair work.  Each tool is carefully tested before returning to the customer.  Test us out.  For less than one half replacement cost, the tool is ready to go back to work.

Yes, there are rare cases when the tool cannot be repaired.  Sometimes they are just too worn or damaged to safely put back in service.  We will however, estimate these cases for you and do as you wish.

And, there always seems to be someone (you know who they are) who tries to throw broken parts in a box and wants to get a serviceable tool back.  We deal with anything out of the ordinary on an individual basis and keep the customer informed throughout the process.

** FixMy2135Ti ProFix 90-Day Warranty:

FixMy2135TI warrants to the user who sent the 2135TI in for repair to be free from defects in parts installed by us and our workmanship for a period of ninety days for the date of repair.  We will, at our option either repair the tool again at no additional cost or refund repair charges.  Warranty work performed within the ninety day warranty period does not extend the warranty period beyond the original ninety days.

Any tool returned for warranty needs to have a copy of our invoice or reference and a short statement as to what is wrong.  This warranty does not apply to tools which have been determined by us to have been misused, abused, improperly maintained or have been worked on by anyone else.

FixMy2135TI makes no other warranty, and all implied warranties including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed.  Our maximum liability is limited to the return of the tool and repair costs.  In no so event shall we be liable for any consequential, indirect or special incidental or special damages of any nature arising from the sale or use of the tool, whether in contract, tort or otherwise.
